APDT's New Management: Questions and Answers

The APDT recently announced our decision to partner with the association management company Associations International (AI). We did this to allow us the ability to grow and expand our Core Purpose: To advance excellence in the profession of dog training and behavior consulting.  The board, acting in the best interests of the Association, felt that this change needed to be made.  We have received many questions about the decision, what advantages it offers APDT, how and why it was made, and how it will impact the services we provide for our members. We're doing our best to answer those questions as they come up.  We imagine that the answers in this document will raise more questions.  Please contact us at board@apdt.com with any additional questions or comments you have on the change.
